Del Pero Law was founded in 1951 by Renzo Del Pero after retiring from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Lisa Del Pero joined the firm in 1977 and has been practicing exclusively in Estate Planning for over 40 years. She conducts all facets of Estate Planning including simple Wills and Trusts along with advanced planning for large estates.

PROBATE ADMINISTRATION ​

In the absence of a Will or Trust, the process in which assets are distributed according to the California Probate Court and under the supervision of a Judge.
